Terraform, Terragrunt

and some other boring stuff

I'm adding the Terragrunt to my pet Terraform project in the latest blog post to make it more DRY and manageable. It is much shorter than the last one. The goal is to remove most, if not all, repeated code with templating or generators. Also, running CLI commands to be DRY, too.
