Hello Friend, As promised, I’m sharing a few thoughts related to work culture this time. I observed a negative trend by reading forums and boards where local developers gather. When I say local, I mean the country where I live and neighboring countries. Many people complain about agile processes, like scrum, then strongly oppose some office rules, etc. A list is long. Imho the source of frustration comes from the work environment. I’m explaining myself below.
